• • Savantha De Saram appointed Senior Partner of D.L.& F. De Saram with effect from the 2nd of April 2018. Called to the bar in the year 1999, Savantha has an extensive experience of 18 years with the firm and holds several professional qualifications too. This includes LLB (Hons), Holborn Law College London, Attorney-at- Law, Supreme Court of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and Barrister-at- Law (England and Wales-1998), Lincoln’s Inn. His areas of practice include Corporate and Commercial, Project Finance and Infrastructure Projects in addition to Securitization Information Technology, Admiralty, Shipping and International Trade.
